Houper HOP28130 is a DVB S2/T/C to IP MPTS device that enables conversion of DVB S2/T/C digital signals to IP MPTS format. DVB S2/T/C indicate satellite (DVB S2), digital terrestrial television (DVB T) and cable (DVB C).

In this process, digital signals received via satellite, terrestrial or cable are converted into IP MPTS format.
