Pardisan control development engineering company (HOUPIRAN) was selected as consultant, designer, and supervisor of procurement, purchase and implementation of Iran Mall’s ELV systems as from March 2016. We have tried to provide the best and high quality technical and engineering services, in accordance with international standards. By locating the35 specialists of our management team in project site, HOUPIRAN has produced 15000 pages of Engineering Documents about 35 ELV systems to hold international tender, in two Persian and English languages. Today, these documents as technical and engineering books are our greatest achievements. As the managing company and the owner’s consulting team, Kayson Company has controlled the documents. As the owner’s consulting team(Ayandeh Bank and Tat Co.), Canadian Stalwart Company has examined the documents and confirmed the designs. HOUPIRAN has produced engineering and shop designs and the reflected plan of all systems for 18 months. Thousands of designs and documents were produced according to international standards during this period. HOUPIRAN’s cooperation with international companies has proved our company’s capabilities, and prepared us to enter the international market. With an area of 1,200,000 m­­­2 ,the project finished after one year and half.

Iran mall’s building management system design is produced in two volumes in English. Russia’s Siemens representative company was in charge for commissioning the project with the maximum volume of field level and control in building intelligent systems. The basic designs of the system produced in two volumes include all IO lists of 68 systems. Our company has been responsible for examining all the designs provided by the company in charge for the project, and supervising the contractor performance and procuring the materials.
